ZooBrew on Tap at Brookfield Zoo
 

Brookfield, Ill. — ZooBrew, sponsored by Hop Valley Brewing Co., returns to Brookfield Zoo for guests 21 and over on Saturday, August 28. From seasoned beer aficionados to brewski novices looking to expand their beer knowledge, the event is sure to please everyone’s palate.

The unique beer-tasting event will feature more than 80 varieties of ales, lagers, stouts, porters, and malts from participating breweries, including 2 Fools Cider, Athletic Brewing Co., BrickStone Brewery, Constellation Brands, Molson Coors (Hop Valley Brewing Co., Leinenkugel’s, Blue Moon), Noon Whistle Brewing, Obscurity Brewing & Craft Mead, Revolution Brewing, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Rogue Ales, Vivify, and more.

Beer enthusiasts attending the 10th annual ZooBrew can choose from three tasting sessions. The half session, offered from noon to 2 p.m., is $40; tickets for the full session, which is from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m., is $60; and the VIP session, sponsored by BrickStone Brewery, from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. is $95. Designated driver tickets, featuring unlimited soft drinks, are also available for each session.

All tickets include beer samplings; admission and parking to Brookfield Zoo, allowing plenty of time to see your favorite animals; and a commemorative ZooBrew pint glass to take home. VIP attendees also receive exclusive samplings of select specialty brews, food, and visits with animal ambassadors.
