ZooBrew Untaps at Brookfield Zoo
 

Brookfield, Ill. — Beer enthusiasts can quench their thirst at Brookfield Zoo’s annual ZooBrew, on Saturday, August 27. The unique 21-and-over event for both seasoned beer aficionados or brewski novices features approximately 80 varieties of ales, lagers, and stouts, as well as growing-in-popularity seltzers, ciders, and hard lemonade.

During the tasting, guests can enjoy samples from more than 20 breweries, including from 2 Fools Cider, Art History Brewing , Blue Moon, Buffalo Creek Brewing, Cayman Jack, Corona, Dogfish Head, Guinness, Hop Valley Brewing Co., Leinenkugel's, Lone River, Maplewood Brewery & Distillery, Noon Whistle Brewing, Pollyanna Brewing Company, PRESS Premium Alcohol Seltzer, Revolution Brewing, Right Bee Cider, Rock Bottom Brewery, Samuel Adams, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Smirnoff, and White Claw Hard Seltzer.

ZooBrew attendees can choose from three tasting sessions. The half session, offered from noon to 2 p.m., is $40; tickets for the full session, which is from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m., is $60; and the VIP session, from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. is $95. Designated driver tickets, featuring unlimited soft drinks, are also available for each session. (Zoo members receive a $5 discount on tickets.)

All tickets include beer samplings; all-day admission and parking to Brookfield Zoo, allowing plenty of time to see your favorite animals; and a commemorative ZooBrew pint glass to take home. VIP attendees also receive exclusive samplings of select specialty brews, food, and visits with animal ambassadors.
