Message from the CEO

At the Chicago Zoological Society, supplier diversity an important part of our overall commitment to diversity. This commitment is reflected in our institutional values and supplier diversity policy. Our supplier diversity program makes a measurable contributions to the “Four Pillars” that define our organizational priorities. Minority and women suppliers expand the pool of excellent suppliers that enables CZS to pursue our mission of inspiring conservation leadership by connection people with wildlife and nature. A robust CZS supplier diversity initiative helps us provide extraordinary guest experience but will also cultivate a cadre of champions that share our passion for conservation while spreading the virtues of our institution to an expanded audience. If we are to have a sustainable future, all communities must participate.
