Capacity Building

Manage an on-going calendar of capacity building activities and events that includes theoretical and practical courses, field training, volunteer opportunities, and the use of research tools applied to marine-coastal ecosystems. Within this axis we aim to build capacities in data collection, sampling, fieldwork, data analysis and communication of results in young Peruvians joining the project at the Punta San Juan reserve and at our office in Lima.
