Half Session Tickets (12:00 to 2:00 p.m.) | $40.00:

All attendees must be 21 and over and present a valid ID. Children will not be admitted into event area. Designated driver options are available for each session.  

Event will proceed rain or shine. Programming subject to change. Animal buildings close at 5:30 p.m., zoo grounds close at 6:00 p.m.

Q. Will I be able to walk around the zoo?
A. The event takes place in the Pavilions. Attendees are allowed to leave the event during regular zoo hours (9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.) but must remain in the event area after closing (6:00 p.m.)

  • Q. What are my parking/transportation options getting to the event?

  • A. Parking is included with your ticket but we encourage guests to use public transportation or ride share options.


Q. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

  • A. Yes - as long as the person redeeming the ticket is 21+ with valid ID.


Q. Are outside food and/or drinks allowed at the event?

  • A. Outside food can be brought into the zoo. Outside alcohol cannot be brought into the zoo or the event.

Free Admission for Military Personnel

To show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the men and women in the United States Armed Forces, the Chicago Zoological Society is offering free admission to Brookfield Zoo to all active, reservist, and retired members of the military. Qualified personnel who present a valid ID at one of the zoo's admission booths will be admitted free of charge.
