We're very excited to welcome you back to Brookfield Zoo!
Guest capacity will be limited to ensure safe social distancing within the 216-acre park. Reservation times will be available in 20-minute increments. Everyone must reserve and secure a ticket online before visiting Brookfield Zoo. Please note that no tickets will be sold onsite. All tickets are non-refundable and no rain checks will be made. We appreciate your understanding!
When we do reopen, the health and safety of our animals, staff, and guests are of paramount importance. Operations of zoo grounds will be managed accordingly. Please note there were will be limited animal viewing during your visit. All attractions, including Motor Safari, are closed. Public access to buildings is subject to change.
Indoor areas that are currently open are at limited capacity and may require a wait to enter. They include:
*Great Bear Wilderness underwater viewing area
*Hamill Family Wild Encounters (requires attraction fee)
*The Living Coast
*Seven Seas underwater viewing area
*The Swamp
All indoor buildings not mentioned, except for bathrooms, are currently closed. For more information about your upcoming visit, check out our Know Before You Go page.
