Brookfield Zoo Chicago is pleased to consider requests for complimentary passes in support of nonprofit organizations that qualify as a 501(c)(3) entity.

Please note the following requirements:

• The organization must provide evidence of qualifying for the exemption requirements and purposes as required by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Please note that this requires a certified 501(c)(3) document – not a tax-exempt form)
• The organization must be within our market area and must plan to distribute passes to individuals it serves.
• All donation requests and questions/follow up must be submitted online.
• We highly encourage requests to be made at least six to eight weeks prior to intended distribution.

Tickets are limited, and we retain sole discretion on total number of tickets we can distribute.

Requests are reviewed and approved on a first-come first-served basis and are limited to one time per organization per calendar year. Due to the volume of requests, we regret that we are unable to accommodate all organizations that ask for and merit our assistance.

Requests are processed on the second Wednesday of every month, and upon approval, tickets are mailed within five to seven business days after processing.

Our current tickets available for distribution are valid through: March 31, 2024.

Parking and other paid attractions are not available with this request. Please find information about these additional costs here. These tickets are also not valid for any separated ticketed promotional events.

If you are looking to attend with your group on a specific day, please also know that we do offer group sales and field trips that may be of interest to you.
