Winter Camp Schedule and Themes
Registration is a la carte, meaning you can register for each day of camp individually to work around your schedule. When you are ready to register, click the button at the bottom of the page.

Winter Camp theme: It may feel like a frozen tundra out there, but fear not, Campers will also get a taste of tropical rainforests, dry deserts, grassy savannahs, and the big blue world of the ocean. Each day we will focus on 5 different animals from each of these different types of habitats to see how they thrive and survive!

Winter Camp Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Rescheduling: Campers may be rescheduled to a different camp session, presuming available space, with a $10 processing fee per child, per session. Please keep in mind that camps fill quickly and we may not always be able to accommodate rescheduling your camper to another session. In that case, please refer to the cancellation policy. After December 15, 2019, refunds and rescheduling are no longer possible.

Cancellations and Refunds: We require that ALL cancellations must be in writing; please send an email to adventuresinlearning@CZS.org. Zoo Camp registration fees (not including the 25% nonrefundable deposit or processing fee) can be refunded if cancellations are requested by December 15, 2019. Refunds and rescheduling are no longer possible after December 15, 2019. If a late cancellation is due to a medical emergency, a written, physician-authorized note is required before a refund can be issued. This policy is in effect for any and all sessions of Zoo Camp. Zoo Camp participants that do not show up for their registered session will not be granted a refund or be rescheduled. If participants leave early on one or more Zoo Camp days, they will not receive a refund. To reschedule your camp session, please send an email with your request to adventuresinlearning@CZS.org.

We are proudly accredited by the American Camp Association, the only accreditation organization for camps in North America. The Association is recognized for its standards for camp health, safety, and programming. The organization partners with the American Red Cross and the American Academy of Pediatrics to ensure that camp practices are current and high quality. We believe in inclusion and welcome campers of all abilities. Only 7% of ACA- accredited camps provide an inclusive setting that allows participants with and without disabilities to enjoy the experience together. We are proud to be one of them.
